Ben Clarke

Chief Technical Officer
Originally from Australia, Ben brings over 25 years of commercial software engineering and leadership experience to PWI. As CTO, he blends deep technical expertise with a passion for building scalable, mission-driven solutions that serve both clients and teams.

Bill Lesner

Vice President
Bill spent almost 40 years with a major global automaker. He now is full-time on the PWI team helping consult with organizations helping them be more efficient and implement proven strategic planning processes.

Story

Chris Lesner launched PWI after building a successful marketing agency serving Fortune 500 clients. Seeing that nonprofits lacked the support they needed to grow, he teamed up with Ben Clarke—who sold a tech company in Australia and moved to the U.S. to help bring the vision to life. Today, the PWI team has built the infrastructure to support over 100,000 nonprofits.
